Returns & Exchanges:
Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any
item at this time. We are firm in this decision due to the danger of the virus and its continued spread. Please make sure you read any descriptions or size charts and ask as many questions as needed prior to purchase in order to ensure that you are receiving the desired color and/or size. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Post Pandemic Policy
We want you to love your custom Brinixco purchase and therefore use high quality products in the creation of your signature piece! However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, items purchased may
be submitted for return within 5 calendar days of delivery date. We will accept returns on any unworn and unaltered items. We will repair/replace damaged items that are defective with normal wear within 30 days of purchase.
- Please email email@example.com for return & exchange requests. Please provide your name, address, order number, and reason for return or exchange. All returns must receive prior authorization.
Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item once your return is processed. Original shipping and return charges cannot be refunded. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. Customers will be required to pay return shipping.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that show evidence of wear or damage
- Personalized or customized items
- Items on sale
- Items priced at an introductory price
- Items purchased at a pop up shop or vending event
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Allow up to 5-7 business days to process custom orders. Submit Your Order = Day O. The next business day is counted as day 1 in production. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. During introductory product launches, sale promotions, holiday promotions, custom, and large quantity orders please allow for 7 – 10 days of processing time.Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation with the order details will be sent to your email and a shipment notification with the tracking information will follow once your package has left our facility. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 hours for updates to be reflected by the shipping carrier. All items ship from Birmingham, AL. Standard rate shipping takes 2 to 5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail delivery is 1 to 3 busines days. Our Expedited Shipping requests will be processed the same business day if the order is received by 12 noon CST and pending product availability; the item(s) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Be sure to check your junk, spam, or promotions folders for email notifications. Under no circumstance can we modify or cancel any order once it has shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or cancelled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of
If you cancel your order after it has been packaged but not shipped, you will be required to pay a restocking fee equal to 25% of the product cost.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, the package will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules: some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
